We are currently experiencing an issue when trying to re-install the Time Tracker app and Checklist app. The following error appears:
Unfortunately, we’re unable to process your request. Please retry again in some time.
We suspect this issue arose because we had previously switched our Jira plan from a paid subscription back to the free license. Could you kindly assist us in resolving this installation problem or advise if any additional steps are needed?
