No me deja cancelar la suscripcion time reports

Estimados

estamos tratando de cancelar la suscripcion de time report porque NO ANDA, y apesar de seguir los pasos sugeridos no nos deja cancelarlo, da error el procesimiento.  por favor necesitamso cancelar la suscirpcion

Hi @Analía F_ Busso 

Go to https://admin.atlassian.com/billing and then Subscriptions. Here you will see all your Apps, look for Time Report app, click on it and then click on Cancel Subscription.

If you don't see any apps under Subscriptions then look for the option "See your partner-managed subscription" under that you will see your Apps from there you can open the Time Report app and cancel the subscription.
