Need to recover deleted Confluence Cloud site due to inactivity

Hello,

My Confluence Cloud site at https://snip-project.atlassian.net/wiki was deactivated or deleted due to inactivity.
I can still access my Atlassian organization, but I cannot reinstall Confluence — it shows an error when I try to add it again.

I really need to recover access to my previous Confluence data or reactivate the site if possible.

Could someone from the Atlassian team please help me restore it?

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

Do you have the email stating that Confluence was being deactivated? Within that there should be a "contact us" link that you can use to contact Atlassian directly.

If you no longer have that email then complete and submit the form here:

https://www.atlassian.com/company/contact/purchasing-licensing
