Moving files in Zephyr Scale (cloud)

Hello

I have created a series of folders and sub folders in Jira and while I can upload from excel the uploads ALWAYS move to the 'All test Cases' folder. I have created a series of folders and sub folders but I can't find a way to move the uploaded scripts into these (or thier sub-folders). 

Click and drag does not work and the 'Move to Folder' is not an option in the menu when I select and right click the script.

Any suggestions please?

Hi @John FitzGerald , welcome to the Atlassian Community and thanks for your question.

Are you not able, in this screen, to map the import file directly to the folder structure you have created?

Or do I misunderstand your question?

I would also recommend to always tag the app in this kind of post so that anyone who works for the vendor or has experience with the app can more quickly find the relevant posts to provide support.

Thanks for the quick reply. This is the option I am using to upload my test script into Zephyr but once there I wanted to move the script to other folders e.g. 'In_Prep' to 'Approved'. according to the paperwork I thought that, once uploaded, I should have the option to click and drag within the folders and not have to download it and then to have to reupload into the new destination folder or is this infact the correct process
