Jira mobile app connects to a wrong site created during Google SSO (Confluence works fine)

Hi,

Our company uses a paid Jira Cloud plan, but I’m having a problem with the Jira mobile app.

When I log in using my Google account (the same one used for our company’s paid Jira site),

the Jira mobile app automatically connects me to a different site that seems to have been accidentally created during Google or Slack SSO setup.

That unintended site has 4 members (our colleagues), but none of us are site admins —

and we have no admin control or ability to delete or leave that site.

As a result, the mobile app only shows that wrong site,

and I can’t access our company’s actual paid Jira site from the app.

Interestingly, the Confluence mobile app connects to the correct site without any problem.

Only Jira mobile is stuck on this wrong auto-created site.

I tried to contact Atlassian support,

but emails were automatically rejected with a message to post here in the community.

Could you please help me find a way to:

  1. Disconnect or delete the wrong Jira site that was created through Google/Slack SSO, or

  2. Make the Jira mobile app connect to our company’s correct paid Jira site instead.

Thank you very much for your help! 🙏

Hi @고규환 Search_Discovery기획

Welcome to the community.

You can't email Atlassian, You can only use the Atlassian Support option.

If you are on a free plan, the the  Billing and account option, as on a free plan no support is provided, or try to reach out to the admins of the other instance to remove teh sso connection.

Here in community, most of us are Atlassian users like yourself, not (necessarily) employees of Atlassian. We don't have access to your environment.
