Issues to Installa an external app

I used an external application from Market place named "External Share for Jira" by Warsaw Dynamics, now I want to buy the app. But Everytime I tried to buy Im getting this error:

Unfortunately, we’re unable to process your request. Please retry again in some time

I tried on different days, but the error continues.
