Is there an external customer facing product in the Atlassian suite that allows feature request, ideas, or items to be entered, and then voted upon (by external or internal users) in order to create a prioritised list of requests? This would then allow teams to identify what the most important features are from a customer perspective and address them in Jira in a corresponding order.
I'm thinking an equivalent type of product/service to Aha! Ideas Portal? (https://www.aha.io/product/ideas)

When it comes to raising feature requests, Jira Service Management would allow this, so customers would access the portal and create new issues, but it’s not possible to vote for tickets from the customer portal.

On Jira Software it’s possible to vote for tickets, but only internal licensed users can do that. It would be similar to our https://jira.atlassian.com.
Also, on Jira Software, even making a project public, it will not be possible to allow people to vote on tickets, but It’s possible to allow anonymous people to raise new tickets.
