I want to avoid being charged after backing up my data

Hello, I am using Jira and I want to stop being billed since I am no longer using it,

but I want to keep my data. I need help on how to do this.

Hello, Good day. You can change your subscription to the free version so that you will not be charged and can access the data whenever needed. But you need to reduce the user count to 10 or fewer. https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-articles/How-to-Downgrade-Jira-Software-from-Standard-to-Free/ba-p/2045188
