Generally speaking, the advice in this article applies when reproducing Exalate configurations from an on-premise (Server or Data Center) instances to Cloud. Or the reverse direction.

Even if complexity of your configurations is simple, you should (1) document the existing configurations you want to migrate, then (2) test the configurations once you've re-created these in your destination Jira instance.
