1. I previously connected the free trial of JXL
2. When increasing users and moving to Standard Jira, JXL automatically starting charging (which is fine). I didn't pay so it became the end of the subscription.
3. I then cancelled Standard jira as only need the free version.
4. Jira now won't let me use JXL again. If I try and re-start it, then the circle just goes round and round over and over and nothing else.
Does anyone know how to reconnect the free JXL please? I only have a small amount of users so only need the free version.
