Not able to login to confluence

If you're unable to log in to Confluence, here are some steps you can try:
Make sure you're using the correct login page
For Confluence Cloud, the login URL is:
👉 https://id.atlassian.com�
You must log in with your Atlassian account, not a separate Confluence username.
If you're using Confluence Data Center / Server, you need to log in via your company's specific Confluence URL (e.g., yourcompany.atlassian.net/wiki).
Check your email & password
Ensure you're using the correct email address linked to your Atlassian account.
Try resetting your password here:

Check for SSO (Single Sign-On)
If your organization uses Google, Microsoft, or SSO login, you must click the correct login option (e.g., “Continue with Google”).
Sometimes direct email/password login will not work if SSO is enforced.
Clear cache / Try Incognito
Open the login page in an incognito/private
Account Access Issue
If you see errors like:
"Account doesn’t exist"
"Access denied"
"Your account has been deactivated"
You may need to contact your site admin to restore access.
