How can we pull data/reports in one dashboard from 2 Jira projects hosted on different instances?
Hi @Kriti Kashyap This is not possible with standard Jira features. You will need to use external reporting tools like Power BI to pull data from different instances and set up a unified report.
Hi, @Kriti KashyapYou can achieve this in Jira dashboards by using a pre-created filter with the following JQL: Project in (“A”, “B”).

We have one report in project A and another report / issue in project B. having said that, could you please elaborate your first suggestion?
My first suggestion will only work if both projects are in the same Jira instance. If they’re on different instances, JQL alone won’t be able to pull data across them.
One way to handle this is by importing data from one instance to another, either using Jira’s external issue import feature or third-party integrations that sync data between instances.
