Hi I've been using the jira cloud for sheets extension on google sheet and trying to import tickets from a jira filter, but every time I do, I get this error: "Hmmm ... looks like we stumbled a bit, please try again or contact Atlassian support if the issue persists. (§GS-404)" .

I've tried different browsers, using JQL instead of a filter, tried on incognito mode, tried disconnecting and reconnecting the extension, and they all result in the same error. Our admin has already checked my permissions and I have the same as my colleagues who are able to successfully import tickets.

Hi @tiffany_king

Welcome to the community!

A couple of official checks come to mind for Jira Cloud for Sheets.

Since your colleagues can import successfully with the same permissions, this probably isn’t a simple Jira permission problem. I would instead check:
1. whether your Google account/add-on session is tied to the same Jira site/account as your colleagues
2. whether your filter is private or owned in a way that the add-on can’t resolve cleanly
3. whether your organization uses allowlisting and the Sheets integration IPs are fully allowed

Because JQL and filter both fail for you specifically, this feels more like an account/session or add-on-side issue than a bad query.
