I'm trying to link into JPD the Delivery Progress field from my Jira Initiatives. But it seems that I need to link each one of the Epics underneath my Initiative to make it work, otherwise it stays at 0%. Does anybody know why?

Note that in my Jira Plan, the Progress field for the Initiatives, works just fine, just as it is for each of the Epics underneath.

Hi Cristina, Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

The Delivery Progress field in Jira Product Discovery works for work items directly linked to an Idea. It doesn't automatically aggregate progress from higher‑level items like Initiatives. To make it work, you need to link each Epic or child issue directly to the Idea.

If you don't, the field will show 0% progress because it doesn't track progress for items that aren't linked directly. To solve this, either link all Epics and stories directly to the Idea or use a custom field to calculate progress.
