Creating a filter to find all work that is connected to or implements a JPD ticket

Our company has implemented the new hierarchies on JPD (which is fantastic by the way), so we have the following:

1. Strategic Initiative - this is the biggest possible picture and can include multiple other Enterprise Projects and/or Ideas as well as having Deliverables on multiple other projects attached that will implement it.

2. Enterprise Projects - Currently we are using this to break down Phases

3. Ideas - These can be standalone or represent multiple team or vendor implementations needed to complete a Strategic Initiative.

I would like to create a view, similar to the Roadmap view in JPD that will allow me to see everything connected to as well as implementing a specific Strategic initiative, but I am not sure how best to do this.  The Roadmap view in JPD only shows the JPD tickets, none of the tickets on other teams that implement it, so I thought I would create a board with a filter to pull those into but I am struggling with creating a filter that will pull from so many places/types of work and still be only what relates to that one Strategic Initiative JPD.

Try using a special Link Type to connect the JPD tickets to the related tickets. Then Advanced JQL

project = "SplitDime Development" and issueLink in (SSSB-2) and issueLinkType = "is connected to"
