Can I choose between multiple accounts of the same company when submitting a ticket?

We have companies or 'organizations' with multiple accounts (Bella, Bella -OpEx, Bella - CapEx).  

I want to be able to submit a ticket for this company and select the specific account, where you choose from the 'Share With' dropdown.

Right now, I only see the Bella + Canvas organization as an option, and I can't choose which account. image.png

Could this also be controlled by user security?  So depending on the user, the account will default to the correct one?

The 'Shared With' drop down will only include JSM Organizations, not specific users/accounts. As a JSM agent, you should be able to submit a request on behalf of another user.

Alternatively, you should be able to create an automation rule to add specific accounts as Request Participants when a request is shared with a certain organization.
