Burndown charts are not available in the Free version?

I am currently using the Free version of Jira. I can see the script burndown chart, but it does not reflect subtask times, etc. However, there must have been a burndown chart in the past with statistics on subtask remaining time, but does that mean it is not available in the Free version?

hi @有馬 聖貴 , Natively Jira Burndown does not track sub-tasks. There are quite a number of discussions in the Community on this limitation and you might find what others have done to work around this.

Presently burndown doesn't consider subtask.  Feature request below 

• [JSWCLOUD-6007] Burndown chart doesn't take under consideration the sub-tasks estimation.

Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

If you need burndown charts by sub-tasks, you will need a plugin from Atlassian Marketplace because Jira's native reports and gadgets does not support sub-tasks.

If you want to use a plugin, have a look over our Great Gadgets app - it is also free with the Jira Free plan and offers Sprint Burndown Burnup gadget, Release Burndown Burnup gadget and other gadgets that can include the sub-tasks in the calculation.
