Access for Automation in jira

Hi ,

I have a Administrator Account Jira, but sorry I cann't set or apply some Automation Rules . May you help to more understanding about this situation please and what I am supposed to do for the activating ? 

On the left side I dont have the The Automation Feature..

Hey @Lionnel Sybil Djomo 

Some simple things you should check first that might be causing this:

1. Do you have the "Administer projects" permission on this project/are you set as a project admin on this specific project?

2. Check you have global permissions (instance wide) to create automation rules

3. Check the project you're looking in has the "Automation" tab enabled in Project Settings

Hope that works, if not, let me know and we can do a bit more thinking.

Welcome @Lionnel Sybil Djomo 

You cannot set the automation rules for this project because you are not the project administrator. You need to contact either other project admins or your Jira administrator to add you the Administrators role of the project so you would get the Project settings option where the Automation will be showing.
