AI in Marketplace apps: which features are actually worth it?

I’m a UX Designer working on Marketplace apps and I’m curious about the real-world impact of AI integrations. We see "AI" everywhere, but I want to know what’s actually sticking.

What’s the most useful AI feature you’ve used in a Marketplace app recently?

I’m looking for practical stuff - things like:

• Smart summaries that actually make sense.
• Auto-tagging or categorization that saves manual work.
• AI-driven insights you couldn't get otherwise.

What felt like a genuine time-saver and what felt like just a noise? Would love to hear your thoughts from a daily usage perspective!

This is a fairly general question, because it all depends on what you're using AI for. For example, for Jira/Confluence, it's very useful for facilitating issue creation, documentation, and anything that saves time. There are numerous connectors and features that help you perform these tasks.

Sometimes it's necessary to try more than one connector because each one offers a different set of features and even integrates with tools outside the Atlassian ecosystem.
