We are using Active Directory sync for customers but we have multiple folks with the same name. Customer user picker doesn't show any secondary value to differentiate the two uses so I can't tell which I should be choosing when using the picker. The Agents user picker shows the users email beside their name. Is there an attribute that the customer picker can grab from that I can try to populate to make this work? I can't find a ticket to vote on if this is not a feature today.
