How can I edit the filed that appear in Customer Portal for example create date ?

The create date value is system generate. It is not editable.

sorry may I didn't describe what I need correctly 

I want to customize the Columns in Customer portal to add the creation date or any other filed below is screen shoot

thanks alot it themes this option is not available in my JSM version Iam using version 4.20

Thanks for sharing the version. It maybe worth to do the upgrade to get these options and any new features that come with the latest version.
