I found this add on to accommodate our need for 3 levels of categorization on tickets. It's great, easy to use.
I have a few questions:
1. Can I import a csv of category tree into the configuration on my custom field? I have hundreds of categories and sub categories. Typing them all in, individually, is painful.
2. Can I delimit the selections per project? If I have one huge list, it can get overwhelming and cumbersome. I can use the contextual search, but it would be nice to delimit what is visual per project.
3. AND, does anyone have an idea of what the "3rd quarter release" of multilevel picklist from Atlassian will entail? Should I wait for that?
