I'm setting up a virtual service agent for our help desk.
I've activated the VSA, and it is now viewable in our portal for confluence users that are logged in.
I've set the Help Desk to open by making the Channel Access to Open.
I've also set the Porta Access to "Customers can access and send requests from the portal without logging in"
So now the Portal is accessible externally and can be viewed externally without logging in.
But the VSA or Virtual Staff Agent Live Chat, is not visible to external users, only to those who are logged in.
Can anybody point me to the right direction please?

Same issue, isn't there an option to make VSA accessible for everyone (even for not logged in users)?
