How do add all users and their to a report in Tempo?

We have projects that everyone is working on. We can see the accumulative time and all users for a project when working in Jira, but when trying to generate a report in Tempo we can each only see our own personal time logged and ourselves as users.

Hi there,

From what you have described it is likely a permission issue.

When using Tempo Teams, you would need the “Browse Projects” Jira project permission, as well as the “View Team worklogs” Tempo Team permission for each team you want to see a users time.

If you are not using Tempo Teams, you would need to have the “Browse Projects” and “View All Worklogs” Jira project permissions. This is needed in each permission scheme where you need to view hours.
