I would like a "browsable" list of all of our Confluence How-to-Articles available to our users on our JIRA Customer Help Desk. i.e. allow them to see something like this:

How To Articles:

  • This is how you do a thing
  • This is how you do another thing
  • This is one more article

And have them all hyperlinked to the actual articles.

Any suggestions?

Hi

Try to create a Confluence page, set permissions to read only, and fill this page with links, you can mask them with description text like

Finally, link page you crated somewhere in customer portal so your users could see it

Is this what you talking about?

Sorry, my bad. Wanted to send you this link:

Using AppLinks to link to other applications

I have integrated Confluence with Jira Software in my environment and now have an option to link Jira issue to Confluence pages. But first, you should configure AppLinks between your applications.

Hello!

Have you already connected both applications?

If not, take a look at this article.
