×Hi,
we are currently using Jira SM (Server) and thinking about transitioning to Data Center. Cloud is, unfortunately, not an option (corporate policy).
We want to implement dynamic, conditional forms, like desrcibed here. However, this seems to be only working for Cloud.
I know that there are several 3rd-party-addons to achieve this, but we'd prefer to stay with the functions provided by Atlassian.
Does anyone know if conditional forms will be integrated into Data Center any time soon?
Any help is greatly appreciated!
Tim

For Data Center env, you will need to get Proforma add-on (Form add-on) separately from Marketplace - https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1215833/proforma-forms-checklist-for-jira?tab=overview&hosting=datacenter
As you already know that Form is now a part of JSM Cloud env, but Atlassian has not provide it as out of the box component in JSM Data Center env.
Here is a link on the similar functionality as related to your link reference - https://confluence.atlassian.com/proforma/conditional-logic-and-dynamic-fields-1087520923.html
Hope this helps.

Thank you very much. Do I understand you right that Jira SM Cloud uses ProForma? Is this the same ProForma that can be bought for Jira SM Data Center?

Proforma was acquired by Atlassian and it is now named "FORMS". In the cloud env, it is part of the JSM, however it is a separate paid add-on for the JSM Data Center env.
Proforma (or "Forms") is the same add-on, but again it is part of the JSM Cloud application env, but not for Data Center env yet.
Hope this helps. If so, please click on Accept answer when you have a chance, so others with the similar question will see this entire posting as an answered ask.
