So I have been trying to use the Jira Cloud for Sheets, what i am facing now is looking to the latest ticket, not all the tickets are included inside the sheet, some of the ticket are missing. Is there any way to help?

Or it might be that just the search query needs to be updated. Can you share some additional info such as what query are you currently using and which tickets in particular are missing?
Just have a quick look through on how to adjust the JQL, and seems like the Status section do not include all the Status, so I just add it in and problem are solved.
