JIRA Customers Notifications are randomly being turned off without the customer being aware of or doing it. It had been reported that Notifications are turned on again for tickets but then just turned off once more.
Hi Lisa, I have identified a related issue and have posted a request for support on JSDCLOUD-16111. Fingers crossed for a quick solution.
