Every time we re-open Insight to check information on our asset, we have to reconfigure the visible columns for that Object Type.
Insight seems to always just show the 6 first columns.
There are other columns that are more interesting for us to show.
(E.g. State of the asset, purchase date, employee assigned to it, etc.)
Optimal solution would be that the columns last selected by the Jira user are remembered and shown next time.
Alternatively, it would already help if we could configure our own selection of columns to show by default per Object Type.
The absence of this very basic feature is really killing adoption of the Asset system as our authoritative list of physical assets... they're sorted alphabetically rather than by an attribute that's meaningful to to us, and no one cares when the records were created or updated, we want to know what customer they're assigned to and what their operational status is.
For a $36/user/month uptick in licensing from regular JSM to add the Asset tracking, which I am continually defending, this is an embarrassing miss.
