Hi @Anusha Narisetty

To delete an instance...

  1. Go to https://admin.atlassian.com/
  2. Go to the Billing tab
  3. Select "Manage" next to any product
  4. Next, select the breadcrumbs (3-dots icon) on each product (next to "manage users" button)
  5. Select "Delete"
  6. Follow the instructions to delete each product

Read the warning which appears when deleting thoroughly, as it warns you about how long data is kept prior to permanent deletion, etc.

Hi @Anusha Narisetty

Can you explain your scenario in detail?

Also, I see that you tagged this ticket under free plan. Is that correct?

Can you show a screenshot of where those apps & global are listed?

May be they are projects than instances?

Having federated instances is a Jira enterprise feature and not in Free plan. That is why i doubt what you can instance could actually be called some other object in jira.

If they are 2 independent Jira sites (not merged to one) , and you want to delete one, you can follow https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-articles/Atlassian-Cloud-How-to-Delete-Your-Site-amp-Cancel-Your/ba-p/1772196
