I have a question regarding the "My work" tab on Jira cloud:
I have a user who works on multiple projects. They refer to "My work page" to keep track of tickets assigned to them. A few tickets were assigned to them at the beginning of March but it wasn't reflecting under "My work". Only once it was escalated did it appear. Also once they commented on it , it appeared. Does anyone know why this could be happening?
I have checked the user's permissions and all seems to be okay and we haven't changed anything either.

Recent projects shows te lates projects you accessed.
On the your work page there is a heading Assigned to me, these are the issue where the user accessing the Your work will see the issues assigned.
Exceptions apply, if the user has no access to the project the issue is in or if issue security is set on an issue or based on workflow conditions.
