Automatically duplicate/clone a page every sprint

Hello, I have page named "My Sprint 1 DSM" under DSM(folder). then my first goal is to duplicate that page every Tuesday 10am and named it "My Sprint 2 DSM". the number should be increment every time page is copied. is that possible? Thanks!

Hi @Aroney -- Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

This may be done with a Jira Automation rule...

You describe duplicating the page on a specific schedule.  Is that aligned with your sprint creation or starts?  If so your rule could be triggered on Sprint Created or Sprint Started, and then use the sprint name to build the Confluence page.  Better still, you could use a template page as a starting point for the page.

For example:

  • trigger: sprint created
  • action: publish new page in Confluence
    • use the smart value from the trigger to set the page title
