Best way of using product feedback in your Jira workflow?

Hi!

First post in this community so yay!

I'm part of an early stage startup who builds b2b SaaS products. Product feedback is a core in our dev process and we try to get input on our product as soon as possible and then use it in our feedback loops to build what matters to our users.

For us the major responsibility to get this done has been on our head of product (me). Who collects, sorts and acts on the feedback to better plan and prioritize our sprints. However most of this has been done outside of Jira so there is no real link to the feedback and insights and the stories created in Jira.

How do you do it?

Why can’t I get any help? Not not good with computers and when I signed up I was told it’s so easy! NO ITS NOT!!! I’ve tried to get paid numerous times but everything I try is not working!!!
