I’m using JIRA Product Discovery and need help configuring access permissions. My goal is:
• Only administrators selected through "Access" should be able to see all field inputs.
• Users with access through a shared link should only be able to create an idea and, if possible, view only their own ideas (but not others). Is there any way to configure this on a standard license?
Is this combination of permissions possible, and how can I set it up?

The project Access section is the only place to specify user permissions within a JPD project. The permissions available when creating a role are what's available. There aren't granular permissions to hide certain fields based on a users role. As for users who access a JPD project via a shared link, this doesn't translate to their level of permission within the project, only roles do, so no, it isn't possible to limit a users permissions based on how they navigated to the project.
