Using Insights data elements in formulas

Following up on the instructions in this Answer

I only see "Insights" as an out of the box option, but the example shows additional fields for insights - is this related to the type of JPD product purchased or do you have to create the fields, first?

Hi @Lisa McCann you should see "insights", "number of insights", and "impact"
