Upvote Limits Recommendations?

While I'd really like the ability to have upvoting from my external customers for items on the roadmap, it looks like I can at least have internal upvoting for ideas.
Is 10 the maximum number an individual can have for voting? Or can it be higher?
Are there recommendations for the number of votes an individual can have?

We typically use that for a "$10 game":
- Here are a list of ideas
- You only have $10 to spend
- How would you spend them?
It forces people to think about what's really important to them and how important.
e.g. $5 on idea 1, $3 on idea 2, and $1 on ideas 3 and 4
