We're rolling out JPD to the rest of our company to improve feedback loops and gather more input. It's also a means for people in other teams to indicate their interest in an idea (We use reactions for this as contributors can't vote. They can add an emoji but not check a checkbox...)
Has anyone tried to measure and track adoption of JPD in their company, and if so, how did you do it?
Hi @Adrian.Lester ,
Contributors can vote on ideas if you were unaware! This is one of the many ways customers are using JPD to gather input and track interest in an idea:
Emojis / reactions are also another great option, but unlike a vote field, emojis / reactions are not supported with JPD custom formulas at this time - so cannot be configured into a roll-up or write your own formula.
^ This is another great way to also track interest an idea. Other options are simply tracking the comments of an idea, and/or the insights - which can both be added by contributors.
