Hello,
we created a Jira Product Discovery template which allows us to standardize tickets creation.
However, if people create tickets from Jira, the template does not load.
Is there a way to force it?
Currently this is expected. Idea templates are only available when you are in the JPD project because they are built on top of the item type.
Mikael's right - that's a current limitation unfortunately. We're looking to improve that
