Setting the published description for a published view on JPD, bug?

Hi everyone! I am trying to publish a view in JPD, and having some trouble setting the published description.
In my view, I click Publish > Settings > and see Published description as the bottom setting. The dropdown will change from black to blue when clicking, but the dropdown itself doesn't render, so I can't select a custom description field for my custom view.

Without the ability to set a custom description field, we would be exposing our internal notes to a wider audience than intended, which is a non-starter. Is there a workaround here? Could this simply be a bug?

I'm just going to move this to the specific product/app group so the team can help you there.

I haven't tested this myself, but have you tried checking if this can be replicated in other browsers (potentially incognito window as well)? Also, are other users experiencing the same issue?
