Hi Community, we're currently on a free license so cannot reach out to JPD support directly but it appears we are having a bug with editing a project field's drop down.
We want to evaluate it for purchase and show the value.
I am a project admin with Creator access. I followed other instructions online and ensured I had a user license assigned ("User (creator)") in the User access admin area.
However, when ever I try to edit fields (specifically drop down fields). The options do not appear . I can add values and they appear in JPD but I they simply disappear from the edit panel. When coming back to the edit field the existing fields do not appear again in the edit screen. This seems limited to drop downs on “Project fields” I can add “Global Fields”

I tried again, and it is working normally now! Happy to report :)
Though I had the issue constantly for two weeks (a second colleague too! But it seems a few days away from the problem and it solved itself for us both).
