Question on using Connected Fields (Global Connection across JPD Spaces)

Elyse Algate November 27, 2025

We are using Connected Fields as a Global Connection across several JPD Spaces. Please see image below for question. Connected Field (Connected JPD Spaces) - List View Question.png

We can get the connected fields from other JPD Spaces to show up in the "board" view, but we were wondering if there is a way to get the connected field info from other JPD Spaces to show up in the "list view" as the "summary"?

Thank you for any tips!

Hi @Elyse Algate what do you mean by "connected data"?

There are different ways I understand your question.

  • You'd like to see connected initiatives from other projects to show in the "Initiative" column
  • Or, you'd like to see deliverables from other projects in the same list view, for all connected initiatives
  • Other?

Let me know! thanks

If it's for my second bullet point then it's possible, but not in a space/project:

  • In a space the only things you can see as primary objects in a view are ideas from that space. Then you can show connections on top by using fields, like you did for Initiatives.
    • In your example, the only solutions you can see are solutions from that space, but you can see how they connect to opportunities from this or other spaces
  • To do that you'd need to create a "Roadmap" / cross-project view. In the left sidebar, at the top level of the navigation, you have "Spaces" and "Roadmaps". Click on Roadmaps and create a cross-project view there. It's a view that can show ideas from any number of projects.
    • For example: "solutions from projects A, B and C"

Check out this video for how that works: https://www.loom.com/share/ea177191523d4e0c9ea5a8d03a09bb3b

@Tanguy Crusson - The second bullet is what I'm trying to achieve! I edited my question for clarity for others who may see it.

I will watch the video and try that tonight. I was trying to do it directly in the space, but I'll try it in the the Roadmap section.

As always, thank you for your quick responses! It's very helpful and greatly appreciated.
