Problem with edit work item

Hi everyone! I hope you're all doing well.
I'm trying to create an automation in Jira Discovery to understand how much time each initiative spends in each status. I created a text field (since, as I understand, Date fields in Jira Discovery use a JSON format), but I'm running into the following issue.
I tried using a smart value and also without it, but it's still failing.
The field "Fecha entrada UXR" does exist in the project — when I open an idea, I can see the field and it's available to fill in manually.
Does anyone have any idea what might be going wrong? Thanks!

Could you open a support ticket with us at http://support.atlassian.com/contact so we can have a closer look at your automation issue?

We do have an open bug where the Automation for Jira service account sometimes doesn't have the required permissions to perform actions on JPD project so I'd like to see if that could be the case here.

One way to check this is to temporarily change the automation actor to your own account and see if it runs properly. If it does, then it's most likely the bug I mentioned which is causing this error.
