Hi and hello,
I like the new pre-saved views that were introduced recently - it’s great to have templates to start from.
One thing I would have loved to see is if the pre-saved views also came with example types and connections already set up. That way we could better understand how Atlassian recommends structuring things like idea intake and triage using those building blocks.
Are there any plans to expand the pre-saved views further in that direction?
Hello!
The hierarchy space template is already available and ready to be used - it has types and connections pre-configured out of the box. This is accessible from within the Product Management tab:
Yes indeed, we continue sharing more templates; you can expect more views in Jira Product Discovery, showing use cases for types and connection fields.
Best Regards,
Olga
Sr. Product Manager @ Jira Product Discovery
Thanks, I didn't know about that. It is still much more limited than the "Pre-built views" that I was prompted to create the other day. I was hoping for an extension of that project, it has all of the bells and whistles I'm hoping to set up.
