I am looking to use the documented "Multi-level" for Delivery Progress metrics.

  • Multilevel works similarly to Default mode, but instead of only looking at direct children of the linked work item, it includes all levels of the hierarchy (child items and other descendants).

    • The top-level linked work item itself is excluded from the progress calculation, only its child work items (at all levels) are counted.

    • Multilevel is not supported for work items linked from Data Center instances. Those items will use the Default estimation type instead.

    • Duplicated work items are calculated once, even if they appear in multiple places in the hierarchy. If a work item that's already part of a subtree is also linked directly to the idea, only its own subtree contributes to the calculation.

I do not have that option and we are not on Data Center, we are on Cloud.

Is this still a feature or has it been removed?

Hey,

The rollout of the Multilevel is happening this week, so if your company is on the continuous track, it should be available on Monday.
