Did anyone else lose the ability to rank JPD Ideas?
I have a view created that is limited to my ideas. I manually drag/drop them in to the priority order of everything I want to deliver in Q2, Q3, Q4, etc.
In the past I could set the order and the system would retain it. Now I set the order and refresh the screen the entire deck gets re-shuffled as if I didn't set order.
No I don't have a sort specified in the view.
Hi all, the bug should be fixed since May 12. Let us know if you still face issues.
@Martin Boss @Caleb my apologies for the late response on this - we've been able to reproduce, definitely a problem here for some sites: we're working on a fix.

Sorry, I should have replied: it should be fixed already since May 12 - isn't it working for you?

Having the same reorder issue for the past few days: drag/drop seemingly works, but new order doesn't save and resets on page refresh. Then once in a while it feels like the order changes to something completely arbitrary after page refresh. Same issue on different browsers, different laptops. Made PD literally unusable.

Anyone? Reordering ideas still doesn't work and hasn't worked for a few days now. Sometimes changes don't save at all, sometimes cards appear in a completely different place for no reason. We basically had to export all ideas to a GSheet and use that instead because that's the only way to reorganize them at this point.

Do you have the Autosave view configuration option enabled?
It's located in the lock icon (View Restrictions) on the top right of the view.

Actually, I just tested and this option is for saving the overall configurations applied to the view. Not the individual ordering (sorting) of the tickets visible within it.
I was not having any issues with resorting tickets on my view. I moved some around and then refreshed and the placement of the tickets remained where I had adjusted them to.
