We use Tempo for time logging in Jira Software, and I’d like to use it in Jira Product Discovery as well so we can track discovery hours against the right Tempo accounts.
Right now this doesn’t seem possible, either because Tempo doesn’t support it or because of how JPD works. Has anyone found a workaround?
My goal is that when we log research or discovery hours on a JPD idea, those hours are automatically linked to the correct Tempo account. Is there a way to make this happen?
@Christos Markoulatos thanks for taking the time to answer.
I read the thread and as I understand it, it is due to the fact that JPD does not support Marketplace apps. So, that means I'll just have to wait until this becomes available.

Because this is something related to tempo and JPD, i would open a ticket to tempo support with this question to see if they have something in their implementation pipeline.

@Peter I confirm what Christos said, it is not possible,, and on our side it is not in our short term roadmap to work on enabling this marketplace app
