Key Customers field in JPD

In this demo video (https://webinars.atlassian.com/atlassian/Demo-Introduction-to-Jira-Product-Discovery-On-Demand?bmid=f6022ba5663f), there is mention of a Key Customers field. However, I don't see the the field icon (picturing scales) in the field creation options. Also, we're looking to track it as short-text list, instead of pre-defining every possible customer name value. Is that possible to do?

Hi @Ieva Žeromskaitė , in this demo the "key customers" field is just a custom multi-select field, which works ok if you only use it to tag a limited number of customers to ideas (i.e. not hundreds). We're currently working on a new field type specifically for customers which will scale better than this solution.
