Thanks for reaching out. I can see some error logs, but they don't seem like any known issue I could point to right away. That being said, I think the best way for us to proceed would be through the support ticket, where we could share all the details.
Please link the support ticket once you fill it, so we can triage it as soon as possible.
Do you see this happening for other users, roadmaps, views or elsewhere in the system? Please include as many details as you can.
@Naz James The user who tries to access the roadmap has product access, right? I can see requests coming from the associated user hold some anonymous context, which may be the reason why the roadmap does not load for them. Please double check user access to this resource in the meantime.

Hi Kamil, Yes, other users have this issue it started 3/17/26.
