Jira has updated itself and now all kanban boards for all projects are unavailable for viewing, it also says that I do not have access to view the board (which I created myself and am the only admin)!!!! There is not a single team member, it does not allow creating tasks. Can we warn about this in advance? What should we do now?
Hi @Mezentseva Daria can you raise a ticket with Atlassian support to check what's going on in your site? based on your description I'm not sure I understand what happened.

Jira Product Discovery is focused on idea management and doesn’t support classic Kanban boards or tasks like Jira Software does. If your projects were switched to Product Discovery, that’s likely why you’ve lost access to your boards and can’t create tasks. You may need to check your project type and consider moving back to Jira Software for Kanban boards. If you’re locked out or missing data, contact Atlassian Support for help. You’re not alone—many users are experiencing this after the update.
