JPD & New Jira Navigation

For JPD users the new navigation is odd maybe that's the best word.  Maybe cumbersome, not clean.

JPD stands alone in current view no boards, just views grouped, clean to look at.

In the new nav - it becomes cluttered.  small, moving things around more cumbersome.  I'm actually recommending users turn it off for the time being if they are heavy JPD users.  But some of us live in both worlds so I guess the question is this:

Is the navigation team working with the JPD team to evaluate and adjust navigation to support the JPD product area?? .

Hi, thank you for your feedback, we're currently testing the first version of the new global navigation and continuing to look for ways to improve the pattern. Meanwhile one thing you can do if you find the multiple options distracting is hide the navigation from the hamburger button and reveal it only when you need to move between views or projects.

My only limitation is the two-levels of navigation. I'd love three levels or more.
